Delete your account

You can delete your Saarthi account and everything stored under it. This is permanent.

From the app

1. Open Saarthi and go to Settings.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Confirm. You will be signed out immediately.

By email

If you cannot sign in, write to privacy@asksaarthi.com from the address on the account. We will verify it is you and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your birth details and every chart computed from them.
• Every conversation, question and saved reading.
• Anything you asked Saarthi to remember about you.
• Your sign-in identity.

What is kept, and why

Payment and tax records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires. They contain an order id, an amount and a date — not your birth details and not your questions.

Reading you have already downloaded

A ₹499 reading you have already saved to your own device stays on your device. We cannot reach it, and deleting your account does not remove it.
