Refunds and cancellation

The written reading — ₹499

If the reading was not delivered, was delivered against the wrong birth details through a fault on our side, or was not what was described on this site, write to us and we will refund it in full. No argument, no retention offer.

Because the reading is a written document delivered immediately and kept by you, we cannot refund it simply because you disagree with what it says — but if you think it is wrong about a computed number, tell us: that would be a bug on our side and it gets fixed and refunded.

How to ask

Write to refunds@asksaarthi.com with the order id from your receipt, within 7 days of the purchase. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days by Razorpay.

Membership

Membership is not open yet. When it opens: you can cancel at any time from inside the app in two taps, cancellation stops the next renewal, and the month you have already paid for runs to its end. Every renewal will be preceded by a notice 24 hours beforehand, as the RBI e-mandate rules require.

Free questions

The first five questions are free and no payment instrument is asked for before them. There is nothing to cancel.
